Family & Business Governance Assessment
 
Our goal is to gain deep insights into the family’s core values, the structure of the business, and any governance-related challenges currently being faced. Governance Framework Design
 
Following the initial assessment, we move into the governance design phase—developing a tailored structure that aligns the family’s aspirations with the business’s strategic objectives.
