Our Journey

Governance Consulting was founded in 2014 to address challenges of business families so that they focus on business instead of governance. Our consultancy has helped organisations build frameworks based on integrity, transparency, and sustainable value.

Governance Consulting has formally transitioned to ITM Associates, Chartered Accountants in 2025.

We provide a seamless approach: designing robust governance structures and ensuring their proper implementation within the financial fabric of your organisation.

We offer our clients a singular source of trust- combining long-term strategic oversight with the precise execution required for true resilience and stakeholder confidence.
