About Us

Our Journey

Founded in 2014 as a dedicated governance consulting practice, our firm quickly established itself as a trusted advisor to business families and enterprises navigating complexity. For over a decade, we have helped our clients to build structures that ensure continuity, strengthen business entities, and safeguard legacies.

In 2025, this journey evolved into a new chapter with the launch of ITM Associates, Chartered Accountants. The rebrand reflects both growth and progression – a broader advisory platform rooted in governance excellence yet guided by the independence, objectivity, and professional integrity expected of a Chartered Accountancy firm. At its core, our mission remains unchanged: Empowering Business Families.
