Mr. Iftikhar Taj Mian leads the Governance Practice at ABC Associates, bringing decades of distinguished experience in corporate governance, family governance, business transformation, and regulatory leadership. His work is grounded in strategic insight, neutrality, and a deep understanding of both enterprise systems and family-owned business dynamics.
He has served on the Governance Committee of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP) and represented Pakistan as Technical Advisor to the International Federation of Accountants (IFAC, USA), contributing to global governance thought leadership and professional standard-setting.
Mr. Mian has advised companies and business families across multiple countries and industries. His practice includes the development of family constitutions, implementation of governance structures, facilitation of succession planning, and guidance on risk and transformation strategies — all focused on helping enterprise-owning families build long-term resilience and clarity.
He has served on the boards of listed companies and currently sits on the boards of two public sector entities under the Government of Punjab.
